旨在为填补关于MSI-H肺癌患者的空白为今后医务工作者治疗MSI-H肺癌患者提供一定指导性方向并为MSI-H肺癌患者的治疗带来福音  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to fill the gap of MSI-H lung cancer patients, provide guidance for medical workers in the treatment of MSI-H lung cancer patients in the future, and bring good news for the treatment of MSI-H lung cancer patients.

纳入标准：

①收集2018年1月—2021年1月病理诊断为非小细胞肺癌，包括局部晚期、转移性、术后复发或化疗后疗效不佳的患者；②基因检测：MSI-H；

Inclusion criteria

① From January 2018 to January 2021, patients with pathologically diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer, including locally advanced, metastatic, postoperative recurrence or poor efficacy after chemotherapy, were collected; ② Gene detection: MSI-H;

排除标准：

①合并感染；②治疗信息不详；③患者依从性差；④未成年患者，妊娠期或者哺乳期患者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Co infection; ② Treatment information was not available; ③ Patients' compliance was poor; ④ Minor patients, pregnant or lactating patients;
