系统比较12位名老中医治疗失眠病的疾病队列，获得不同名老中医治疗该病的辨证方法、诊疗技术、用药特点、核心方药等异同，形成名老中医治疗重大、难治性疾病的比较分析报告。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic comparison of the treatment of Insomnia Disease cohort of twelve famous old Chinese medicine practitioners was conducted to obtain the similarities and differences of different famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of this disease, such as syndrome differentiation methods, diagnosis and treatment techniques, medication characteristics, core prescriptions, etc., and to form a comparative analysis report on the treatment of major and refractory diseases by famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合西医失眠诊断标准；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.病人或法定代理人签署知情同意书；
4.保证参加三次诊疗及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of Insomnia Disease in Western medicine;
2.Age greater than equal to 18;
3.patients or legal agents sign informed consent;
4.Ensure participation in three diagnosis,treatment and follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1.正在参加其他临床研究者；
2.合并急性并发症者；
3.原发性精神病患者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.由于各种原因无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participating in other clinical investigators;
2.Patients with acute complications;
3.Patients with primary mental illness;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Unable to cooperate with researchers due to various reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

项目（课题）组指定档案管理专员，负责队列原始数据和文档的分类管理、妥善保存、按时上传、整理数据。所有参加队列研究的课题和室站需确认病例资料作为原始资料由课题室站保存，CRF不能代替原始病例，须拍照或扫描，客观真实，数据完整。以上所有档案须安排固定地点、固定文件盒、文件柜等存放。CRF内容需及时上传一体化平台（Electronic Data Capture,EDC），形成电子版，须纸质与电子版本双备份。保证真实、全面、随时备查。应保存临床研究资料至临床研究工作终止后最少五年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The project (Research) Group designates the file management specialist, who is responsible for the classification management, proper preservation, timely upload and sorting of the original data and documents of the queue. All subjects and stations participating in the cohort study need to confirm that the medical records are kept by the subject room station as the original data. CRF can not replace the original medical records, but must be photographed or scanned, objective and true, and the data is complete. All the above files must be stored in fixed places, fixed file boxes and filing cabinets.The content of CRF should be uploaded to the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platform in time to form an Electronic version, and both paper and electronic versions must be backed up. Ensure that it is true, complete and ready for reference. Clinical study data should be retained for at least five years after the termination of the clinical study.
