研究目的：

观察注射用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合盐酸阿芬太尼注射液用于宫颈锥切术患者的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of remazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in patients with cervical conization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 具备手术指征，拟行宫颈锥切术的女性患者；
(2) 年龄18-65岁；
(3) BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2；
(4) ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级；
(5) 无麻醉药物过敏史；
(6) 自愿参加并签署了知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients who have indications for surgery and plan to undergo cervical conization;
(2) 18-65 years old;
(3) BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2;
(4) ASAⅠ-Ⅱ ;
(5) No history of allergy to anesthetics
(6) Volunteer to participate and signed an informed consent form;

排除标准：

(1) 有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾和代谢疾病病史者；
(2) 有神经肌肉系统疾病、精神疾病者；
(3) 怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者；
(4) 已知对乳剂、苯二氮卓类药物和阿片类药物过敏者；
(5) 不配合无法沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases;
(2) People with neuromuscular system disease or mental illness;
(3) Suspected of abusing narcotic analgesics or tranquilizers;
(4) Patients who are known to be allergic to emulsions, benzodiazepines and opioids;
(5) Patients who do not cooperate and cannot communicate.
