研究目的：

1.新生儿线粒体疾病的流行病学、临床表现、分子生物学及遗传学及其预后； 2.线粒体疾病患者基因表型与临床症状严重程度之间的关。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Epidemiology, clinical manifestations, molecular biology, genetics and prognosis of neonatal mitochondrial diseases; 2. The relationship between genotype and clinical symptom severity in patients with mitochondrial disease.

纳入标准：

经机构伦理委员会批准后，从2021年7月起到2023年2月，在获得父母的知情同意后，招募年龄在0至28天之间且符合纳入标准的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

After approval from the Institutional Ethical Committee, subjects between ages of 0 and 28 days, who fulfilled the inclusion criteria, were enrolled, after obtaining an informed consent from the parents, during the period from July, 2021 to February, 2023.

排除标准：

随访失败的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who failed to follow up.
