研究目的：

经皮肾穿刺是经皮肾穿刺引流术和经皮肾镜取石术的重要步骤。泌尿外科医生对多种通路的选择，增加了手术时机和通路位置的灵活性。本研究的目的是评价经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）治疗肾结石的疗效，选择经皮肾镜取石入路，探讨应用三维可视化技术建立标准通道在经皮肾镜碎石术中应用的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Percutaneous renal access is an integral step in percutaneous renal drainage and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Urologists are increasingly obtaining access themselves, increases flexibility with respect to procedure timing and the location of the access tract. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of stone clearance of management of renal stone by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL)by choice of percutaneous access, and to investigate the safety and efficacy of establishing standard percutaneous renal channel using three-dimensional visualization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1：年龄18-85岁；
2：影像学检查提示最大径 ＞ 2 cm的肾结石；
3：同意参加本研究,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-85 years;
2: Patients with kidney stones (＞ 2 cm) confirmed by preoperative imaging examination;
3: Patients agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并有解剖结构异常肾结石（马蹄肾、肾盂输尿管连接处狭窄、孤独肾、异位肾等）
2. 合并有未控制的泌尿系感染、脓毒血症等;
3. 基础疾病较多，无法耐受手术者；
4. 研究者认为有不适合参加该试验的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal renal tract anatomy (such as horseshoe kidney, ureteropelvic junction stenosis, solitary kidney, ectopic kidney);
2. Infection, uncontrolled urinary tract infection, pyonephrosis;
3. The patient have other serious diseases, or impossible to tolerate the surgery.
4. The researcher considers that there are any other circumstances that are not suitable for participating in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集全部来自医院的病例信息系统，三维可视化数据来自第三方服务，所有的数据以电子形式采集和录入。为确保数据质量，应确保所有数据源自医院HIS系统，并安排专人复合数据。
