通过随机对照评估腹腔镜远端胰腺切除术相对于开腹手术治疗胰体尾肿瘤的安全性和预后差异。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized trial to compare the safety and prognosis with LDP and ODP in the treatment of pancreatic body and tail tumor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18-80周岁的病人，性别不限； (2)确诊胰体尾部肿瘤，无远处转移。为可切除或临界可切除胰腺癌病人（参考2020.V1版NCCN胰腺癌指南）； (3)体力状况评分ECOG 0-1； (4)术后预期生存时间大于3个月； (5)依从性好，遵守研究计划和其他项目要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender; (2) Patients confirmed tumor of pancreatic body and tail duct, without distant metastasis.Resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma follow 2020 V1 NCCN; (3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0 to 1; (4) The expected postoperative survival >= 3 months; (5) Follow-up in time and ability to comply with research plans and other program requirements.

排除标准：

(1)病人有手术禁忌 (2)确诊为局部晚期或无法切除的胰腺癌的病人(参阅2020. V1版 NCCN 胰腺癌指南) (3)影像学检查发现远处转移 (4)有严重心脏肝脏或肾脏功能损害(心功能等级3-4，ALT 或 AST 超过正常值上限5倍，肌酐超过正常上限)； (5)怀孕或哺乳期女性病人； (6)罹患其他恶性肿瘤或血液病病人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients have contraindication to surgery; (2) Patients confirmed locally advanced or unresectable pancreatic cancer (refer to 2020.V1 version of NCCN Pancreatic Cancer Guidelines); (3) Imaging studies found distant metastases; (4) Patients with severe impairment of cardiac, liver or kidney function (Cardiac function grade 3-4, ALT or AST exceeds 5 times the upper limit of normal value, Creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal); (5) Pregnant or lactating female patients; (6) Patients with other malignant tumors or hematological diseases.
