1.调查佩戴角膜塑形镜2年后泪液中内源性小分子代谢物的变化； 2.以泪液中内源性小分子代谢物的变化为纽带，讨论长期佩戴角膜塑形镜与眼部组织潜在的生理或病理改变的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the changes of endogenous small molecule metabolites in tears after wearing orthokeratology lens for 2 years; 2. The relationship between long-term wear of orthokeratology lens and potential physiological or pathological changes of eye tissue was discussed with the changes of endogenous small molecule.

1.长期戴角膜塑形镜。

1.有其他与角膜塑形镜无关眼科疾病。
