研究目的：

1.了解中国2型糖尿病合并蛋白尿的疾病负担； 2.了解中国2型糖尿病患者的治疗现状； 3.提供SGLT2I治疗中国2型糖尿病患者疗效与安全性的真实世界数据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the disease burden of type 2 diabetes complicated with proteinuria in China; 2. Understand the current status of treatment of Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes; 3. Provide real-world data on the efficacy and safety of SGLT2I in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ≥18岁的2型糖尿病（WHO1999标准）患者；
2. 愿意接受蛋白尿筛查且加入研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with type 2 diabetes (WHO1999 standard) aged >=18 years;
2. Willing to undergo proteinuria screening and join the study, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.正在接受透析治疗的患者；
2.肾移植患者；
3.正在参与或在过去3个月内曾参与任何其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing dialysis treatment;
2. Kidney transplant patients;
3. Are participating in or have participated in any other clinical trial within the past 3 months.
