研究目的：

1监测FRC联合跨肺压指导ARDS患者最佳PEEP设置，探讨FRC与跨肺压以及二者指导ARDS患者PEEP设置对其预后的价值 2为ARDS患者机械通气治疗及PEEP的设置提供参考和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To monitor FRC combined with trans-pulmonary pressure to guide the optimal PEEP setting for ARDS patients, and to explore the prognostic value of FRC, trans-pulmonary pressure and both guiding the PEEP setting for ARDS patients 2 To provide reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of mechanical ventilation and the setting of PEEP for ARDS patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2021年07月-2023年06月入住皖南医学院弋矶山医院重症医学科符合柏林定义的ARDS诊断标准，氧合指数（PaO2/FiO2）≤200mmHg（1mmHg＝0.133kPa）；（2）年龄＞18岁；（3）机械通气时间＞48h。

Inclusion criteria

(1) From July 2021 to June 2023, I was admitted to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College in ICU, which met the diagnostic criteria of ARDS defined by Berlin, and the oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) ≤200mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa); (2) Age > 18 years old; (3) Mechanical ventilation time > 48h.

排除标准：

（1）肺动脉高压；（2）急性肺栓塞；（3）周围神经疾病及在肺复张期间出现严重血流动力学障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pulmonary hypertension; (2) Acute pulmonary embolism; (3) Peripheral nerve disease and severe hemodynamic disturbance during pulmonary reextension.

拔管前按随机数字表法，依据本研究的纳入标准与排除标准，将符合标准的80名研究对象按照纳入研究的时间进行编号，采用随机数字表法随机分组， 研究对象入组后由专人打开对应编号的信封，完成分组工作
