研究目的：

验证经颅直流电刺激对精神分裂症患者的幻听症状是否具有改善作用，及初步探索经颅直流电刺激的电生理机制  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether transcranial direct current stimulation can improve auditory hallucination in patients with schizophrenia, and to preliminarily explore the electrophysiological mechanism of transcranial direct current stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第四版》精神分裂症诊断标准；
2. 年龄18-50岁；
3. 近3个月抗精神病药物剂量稳定；
4. 所有患者均表现出难治性听幻觉，定义为尽管服用了抗精神病药物，但日常幻觉仍持续存在，且无缓解，最少3个月。在整个研究期间，所有患者均坚持药物治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition);
2. Age 18-50 years old;
3. The dose of antipsychotics was stable in the last 3 months;
4. All patients showed refractory auditory hallucinations, defined as persistent daily hallucinations without remission for at least 3 months despite antipsychotic medication. All patients remained on medication throughout the study period.

排除标准：

1. 怀孕、哺乳期；
2. 6个月内曾经做过MECT治疗；
3. 物质依赖或其他精神科共病；
4. 脑器质性疾病；
5. 心脏病等严重躯体疾病；
6. 装有起搏器；
7. 共病癫痫；
8. 听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. During pregnancy and lactation;
2. Prior MECT treatment within 6 months;
3. Substance dependence or other psychiatric comorbidities;
4. Organic brain diseases;
5. Serious physical diseases such as heart disease;
6. Pacemaker;
7. Comorbid epilepsy;
8. Hearing impairment.

根据本研究设计，随机、双盲、伪刺激对照研究，2组之间比例为1:1，对受试者入组顺序进行随机分配至2组，采用随机数字表法。本研究拟共纳入60例受试者，其中北京回龙观医院60例，随机程序保存为当天时间，随机程序为可重复的。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
