研究目的：

三阴性乳腺癌因缺乏内分泌治疗及靶向治疗手段，在临床治疗中颇为棘手，免疫治疗是目前三阴性乳腺癌的研究热点，而中医药在调节机体免疫力方面有独到的作用。 本研究通过筛选三阴性乳腺癌，纳入临床随机对照研究，经过随机分配形成两个组，即消癖颗粒组以及对照组，分别达到以下研究目标： 1. 明确消癖颗粒能否通过影响肿瘤巨噬细胞(TAMs)分泌CXCL-1 从而抑制乳腺癌干细胞，并达到预防复发转移的作用； 2. 通过检测消癖颗粒与对照组间免疫学等指标，以明确消癖颗粒是否通过影响免疫系统达到预防乳腺癌的作用。 3. 调查两个组生活质量及睡眠情绪的差异；  

Objectives of Study：

Triple negative breast cancer is lack of endocrine therapy and targeted therapy Immunotherapy is currently the research focus of triple negative breast cancer, and Chinese medicine plays a unique role in regulating immunity. In this study, triple negative breast cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely, Xiao Pi granule group and control group. To study that Xiao PI granule can or not inhibit breast cancer stem cells by affecting the secretion of CXCL-1 from tumor macrophages (TAMs) and prevent recurrence and metastasis. By testing the immunological indexes between Xiao PI granule and the control group, we can confirm whether Xiao Pi granule can prevent breast cancer by affecting the immune system. The differences of quality of life and sleep emotion between the two groups were investigated

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-60岁
2) 病理确诊为乳腺恶性肿瘤。
3) 免疫组化提示为三阴性乳腺恶性肿瘤，即ER（-)，PR（-），Her-2（-）
4) 经过首期治疗（包括手术和/或化疗）后5年内，进入随访期
5) 未出现复发转移的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-60

2) Pathological diagnosis was breast cancer.

3) Immunohistochemistry showed three negative breast malignancies, namely Er (-), PR (-), HER-2 (-)

4) The follow-up period was entered within 5 years after the first treatment (including surgery and / or chemotherapy)

5) Patients without recurrence and metastasis.

排除标准：

1) 入组前被确诊为子宫内膜癌或卵巢癌家族史者
2) 妊娠期、哺乳期、绝经期妇女，有妊娠计划者
3) 入组前3个月服用雌孕激素替代疗法的患者
4) 入组前3个月服用避孕药的患者
5) 服用雄激素药物的患者
6) 服用其他有治疗作用的疏肝补肾、活血化瘀、散结止痛等类似功效的中药、植物制剂的（包括中药饮片及中成药）患者；
7) 对本药物及对照药物过敏者；
8) 有严重的原发性心、肝、肾、肺、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病者；
9) 有深静脉血栓形成或肺栓塞病史的患者；
10) 精神和行为障碍不能充分知情者；
11) 怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用史、不能配合治疗者；
12) 存在认知障碍或文化水平低不能理解及正确填写各种量表者。
13) 对本药物及对照药物无法吞咽、慢性腹泻和肠梗阻，存在影响药物服用和吸收的多种因素的患者；
14) 进入其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who were diagnosed with endometrial cancer or family history of ovarian cancer before enrollment

2) Pregnant, lactating and menopausal women with pregnancy planning

3) Patients taking estrogen and progesterone replacement therapy 3 months before enrollment

4) Patients taking contraceptives 3 months before enrollment

5) Patients taking androgen drugs

6) Patients taking other traditional Chinese medicine and plant preparations (including traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and proprietary Chinese Medicine) with therapeutic effects such as soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dispersing knot and relieving pain;

7) Allergic to the drug and the control drug;

8) Have serious primary heart, liver, kidney, lung, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival;

9) Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism;

10) Persons with mental and behavioral disorders who are not fully informed;

11) Those who suspect or have a history of alcohol and drug abuse and cannot cooperate with treatment;

12) Those who have cognitive impairment or low educational level and cannot understand and correctly fill in various scales.

13) Patients who cannot swallow the drug and the control drug, have chronic diarrhea and intestinal obstruction, and have many factors affecting the drug taking and absorption;

14) Patients entering other clinical trials.
