研究目的：

本研究主要是探讨胆红素作为精神障碍人群糖脂代谢紊乱潜在预测因子的价值，胆红素水平可能作为精神障碍人群脂质代谢紊乱的一个量化指标。主要涉及两个方面：从胆红素水平和胆红素代谢相关的基因多态性两个方面，评估两者与精神障碍人群代谢紊乱之间的关系；非典型抗精神病药物作用于PGRMC1，是否能影响其与FECH的相互作用，调控血红素的释放和合成，造成不同的临床表现。  

Objectives of Study：

The study mainly explores the value of bilirubin as a potential predictor of disturbance of lipid metabolism in patients with mental disorders. Bilirubin concentration has the opportunity to be a quantitative indicator, which is involved two aspects. First, a relationship between bilirubin, including bilirubin concentration and gene polymorphisms related to bilirubin metabolism, and disturbance of lipid metabolism in patients with mental disorders should be considered. Second, atypical antipsychotics regulate PGRMC1 that interacts with FECH, which controls the release and synthesis of heme. Then, that causes different clinical manifestations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.按照DSM-5/CCMD-3诊断标准，被诊断为精神分裂症或双相情感障碍患者；
2.性别不限，年龄18-65岁；
3.使用抗精神病药物，用药时间≥2周。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patiens were diagnosed schizophrenia and bipolar disorder according to DSM-5/CCMD-3.
2.No gender limit, 18-65 years old.
3.Patients accepted antipsychotic drugs treatment at least two weeks.

排除标准：

1.妊娠妇女；
2.入院时具有病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、药物性肝损、肝癌等严重肝脏疾病的患者；
3.无实验室检查项目结果的患者；
4.吸烟、酗酒。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients are in the stage of pregnancy.
2.Patients have severe liver disease such as viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, drug-induced liver damage, liver cancer and others.
3.The laboratory examination result of patients is absent.
4.Patients have history of smoking or alcoholism.
