研究目的：

本课题采用随机对照的研究方法，比较治疗前后便秘患者的首次通便时间、大便性状、频率及生活质量等方面的改善情况，并对两组的疗效进行比较，为“三穴三法”治疗功能性便秘的临床应用提供基础和理论支持，进而加强该法在基层的推广，防止患者因为便秘而导致其他疾病的发生，造成农牧民因病返贫。  

Objectives of Study：

Aim to compare the improvement of the first defecation time, defecation characteristics, frequency and quality of life in patients with constipation before and after treatment, and to compare the curative effects between the two groups. To provide experimental and theoretical support for the clinical application of "three points and three methods" in the treatment of functional constipation, and then to strengthen the popularization of the method in basic level, to prevent the occurrence of other diseases caused by constipation, and to cause farmers and herdsmen to return to poverty because of illness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例纳入标准：
符合下列全部要求者，方可纳入本试验。
(1)符合上述功能性便秘诊断标准，肠道气滞型便秘者；
(2)Bristol大便分型1-3级患者；
(3)患者治疗前1周已停用所有对胃肠运动功能有影响的药物；
(4)近1月内查大便常规和大便OB无异常;
(5)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) constipation in accordance with the above functional constipation criteria, intestinal qi stagnation type constipation;
(2) Bristol stool typing for 1-3 grade patients;
(3) one week before treatment, the patients had stopped using all drugs which had an effect on gastrointestinal motility;
(4) there was no abnormality in stool routine and stool OB in the past one month;
(5) signature of informed consent.

排除标准：

病例排除标准
(1)消化道器质性疾病，如消化道肿瘤、溃疡性结肠炎等；系统性疾病累及胃肠道如脊髓损伤，甲状腺功能减退等；机械性肠梗阻；
(2)钙通道拮抗剂、抗胆碱能药、阿片制剂等引起的便秘；
(3)合并危及生命的其它系统的疾病；
(4)精神病、抑郁症、神经性厌食患者；
(5)最近1个月内有过急性胃肠疾病或外科手术；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Gastrointestinal organic diseases, such as gastrointestinal neoplasms, ulcerative colitis, systemic diseases involving gastrointestinal tract such as spinal cord injury, hypothyroidism, mechanical intestinal obstruction, etc.;
(2) constipation caused by calcium channel antagonists, anticholinergic drugs and opiates;
(3) combination of diseases of other life-threatening systems;
(4) psychosis, depression, anorexia nervosa;
(5) have had acute gastrointestinal disease or surgery in the last month.
