Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the current study was to compare the effectiveness of anterior and posterior decompression surgery for cervical spinal cord injury with pre-existing multilevel cord compression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18 岁，
2.颈椎外伤合并颈椎管狭窄大于等于2 节段，
3.颈椎无明显骨折脱位，
4.在我院接受手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age > 18 years old,
2.cervical trauma combined with cervical stenosis of more than or equal to 2 levels,
3.no obvious cervical fracture and dislocation
4 receive surgical treatment in our hospital.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁,
2.合并颅内损伤,
3.既往脊柱手术史,
4.脊柱肿瘤患者,
5.脊柱感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under the age of 18,
2. Intracranial injury,
3. Previous spinal surgery,
4. Patients with spinal tumor,
5. Patients with spinal infection.
