研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨麻醉医生站立位和坐位为老年手术患者实施椎管内麻醉在成功率，穿刺次数，麻醉并发症，穿刺时间，麻醉医生疲劳感，病人舒适度等方面的差异  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in the success rate, puncture times, complications, puncture time, fatigue of anesthesiologists and patient comfort of intraspinal anesthesia for elderly surgical patients in standing and sitting positions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行椎管内麻醉的患者；
2.年龄≥65岁；
3.ASA I～III级；
4.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients are scheduled to undergo surgery under central neuraxial blockade;
2. Aged >=65years;
3. ASA I-III;
4. Obtained written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在椎管内麻醉的禁忌症；
2.腰部创伤，腰椎手术史，脊柱侧弯患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindicate to central neuraxial blockade;
2. Lumbar trauma,history of spine surgery, scoliosis.
