探讨吸烟引起的COPD和不吸烟COPD的疾病特征和发病机制的异同，为针对性治疗和个体治疗提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical characters and pathogenesis between smoker COPD and non-smoker COPD.

纳入标准：

1.中华医学会呼吸病学分会慢性阻塞性肺疾病学组2004年《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》的诊断标准确诊的成人COPD患者.
2.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects who are diagnosed as COPD according to the guideline for the management of COPD released in 2004 by Chinese respiratory society.2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

结核、肿瘤、糖尿病、肝肾功能不全等其他慢性基础性病变

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with tuberculosis, tumor (except for lung cancer), diabetes, or chronic diseases such as liver or renal function impairment.
