研究目的：

本研究拟在2型糖尿病患者组、LADA患者及健康对照组的外周血中，进行全基因组的环状RNA测序，寻找致病性环状RNA，并找出对应的基因。并将2型糖尿病组和LADA组的测序结果进行对比，找出相关的分子因子及信号通路，分析两种疾病的发病相关性，进一步将本治疗方案扩展于临床，为广大2型糖尿病患者及LADA患者服务，提出更有效的针对性的预防及治疗方案，并能深入探讨LADA与2型糖尿病发病机制的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this studyth, e whole genome of circRNA was sequenced in the peripheral blood of patients with type 2 diabetesLAD, A patients and healthy group to find the pathogenic circRNA and the corresponding genes. And comparing the sequencing differences between stype 2 diabetes and LADA group to find out relevant molecular factors and signaling pathwaysan, alysis the correlation of two kinds of disease, then further expand the study in the clinic work and explore the relevance to the pathogenesis of LADA and type 2 diabetes, put forward a more effective targeted prevention and treatment in the future.

纳入标准：

试验组：年龄30-55岁之间的2型糖尿病患者及LADA患者；
对照组：年龄30-55岁的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 30 to 55, type 2 diabetes patients group, LADA patients group and healthy control group.

排除标准：

有糖尿病并发症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

the patients with diabetes complications.
