Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical feasibility of post auricular hemicoronal incision to the management of zygomatic complex fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.涉及单侧颧骨颧弓上颌骨、眶骨骨折患者，且符合手术适应症;
2.年龄16岁至80岁;
3.对该临床试验知情同意;
4.无全麻手术禁忌症.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with unilateral orbitozygomatic complex fractures;
2.Patients aged between 16-80 years;
3.Informed consent to the clinical trial was obtained from patients;
4.No contraindications to general anesthesia operation.

排除标准：

1.不愿意参加该临床试验的患者
2.有冠心病，不可控制的高血压、糖尿病等系统性疾病
3.不愿意参与临床效果评价的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients unable to participate in consent procedures
2.Patients with systematic diseases, such as coronary artery disease, uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes
3.Patients unable to participate in clinical assessments
