研究目的：

评价中医药延缓HIV感染者进入艾滋病期的时间和发生率，形成中医药延缓HIV感染者发病综合方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the time and incidence rate of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to delay HIV infection and form a comprehensive program for TCM to delay the onset of HIV infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合HIV感染者诊断标准；
（2）CD4+T细胞计数250～500个/μl；
（3）符合中医辨证标准；
（4）年龄18～65岁，性别不限；
（5）受试者自愿参加并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria for HIV infection;
(2) CD4+T lymphocyte level 250 ~ 500 /ul;
(3) accept HAART for more than one year;
(4) conform to TCM syndrome differentiation standards;
(5) aged 18 to 65 years male and female;
(6) subjects voluntarily participated and informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）正在参加其他临床试验或3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
（2）接受HAART者；
（3）合并有严重度器质性心脏病，严重心律失常；肝功能异常者（谷丙转氨酶或谷草转氨酶大于正常值上限2倍）；肾功能异常者（血清肌酐大于正常值上限1.5倍）；活动性肺结核或正在进行抗结核治疗的患者；血液系统疾病的患者；
（4）合并肿瘤者；
（5）患有严重的精神及神经疾病者；
（6）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或准备妊娠妇女；
（7）过敏体质及对试验药物过敏者；
（8）有酗酒史者（每日饮酒150ml以上）或具有酒精依赖综合征表现者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
(2) severe organic heart disease and severe arrhythmia.Abnormal liver function (Alt or ast);Abnormal renal function (serum creatinine was more than 1.5 times of normal value);Patients with active tuberculosis or undergoing antituberculosis treatment;Patients with haematological diseases;
(3) those with tumors;
(4) patients with severe mental and neurological diseases;
(5) women who are pregnant or lactating, or who are preparing for pregnancy;
(6) allergic constitution and allergic to experimental drugs;
(7) those with a history of alcohol abuse (over 150ml per day) or with symptoms of alcohol dependence syndrome.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病例报告表与电子病例采集管理系统共同使用的方法。临床随访时由访视医生填写病例报告表，然后在《临床研究电子数据获取系统》上进行双录入，并上传至中心数据库。
