研究目的：

比较不同手术方式（开胸或胸腔镜）、麻醉方法（全凭静脉麻醉或吸入麻醉）对肺癌患者的术后转归和预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different surgical methods (thoracotomy or thoracoscope) and anesthesia methods (intravenous anesthesia or inhalation anesthesia) on postoperative outcome and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.观察麻醉和术后并发症 2.检测患者术前、术后免疫功能 3.检测胸腔液及循环血液癌细胞的变化 4.检测胸腔液及循环血液外泌体分泌，并检测外泌体内容物 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Observe anesthesia and postoperative complications; 2. Detection of preoperative and postoperative immune function of patients; 3. Detect the changes of pleural fluid and circulating blood cancer cells; 4. Detect the secretion of pleural fluid and circulating blood exosomes, and detect the contents of exosomes. 

纳入标准：

1.择期行肺癌根治术患者
2.性别不限，年龄25~65岁，BMI 18~25 kg/m2
3.ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ
4.肺癌术前影像学分期IIa~IIIa期

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective radical resection of lung cancer patients;
2. Gender is not limited; age ranges from 25 to 65 years old; BMI ranges from 18 to 25 kg/m2;
3. ASA I to III;
4. Preoperative imaging stage IIa~IIIa of lung cancer.

排除标准：

1.术前放疗、化疗
2.使用激素、免疫抑制剂
3.对麻醉药物过敏
4.术中出血大于400mL或输注异体血者
5.术后病理为良性
6.术后病理基因检测提示有效监测点并使用靶向药

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
2. Use hormones and immunosuppressants;
3. Allergy to anesthetic drugs;
4. Intraoperative bleeding greater than 400mL or infusion of allogeneic blood;
5. Postoperative pathology was benign;
6. Postoperative pathological gene detection suggested effective monitoring points and the use of targeted drugs.
