研究目的：

1.评价穴位埋线对肥胖型哮喘治疗的有效性及其预防免疫机制。 2.探讨穴位埋线治疗肥胖型哮喘的科学性，为后续学者对肥胖型哮喘的临床研究提供一定的临床参考，也为该技术的基层应用推广提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese asthma and its preventive immune mechanism. 2. To explore the scientificity of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese asthma, to provide some clinical reference for the follow-up scholars' clinical research on obese asthma, and also to provide a scientific basis for the grass-roots application and promotion of this technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合支气管哮喘诊断和单纯性肥胖症诊断，经医生确诊；
2.18-60岁患者；
3.愿意接受3个月的治疗并愿意配合完成实验的各项指标检测、问卷调查等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnosis of bronchial asthma and simple obesity, confirmed by a doctor;
2. Patients aged 18-60 years;
3. Willing to accept 3 months of treatment and willing to cooperate with the completion of the test of various indicators and questionnaires of the experiment.

排除标准：

1.患者有各类严重心、脑血管疾患；
2.有出血倾向体质病史或临床表现，包括目前正在使用抗凝剂；
3.最近1月内曾接受接受其他有关治疗，可能影响观察指标者；
4.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has various serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases;
2. History or clinical manifestations of bleeding tendency constitution, including current use of anticoagulants;
3. Those who have received other related treatments in the last 1 month, which may affect the observation indicators;
4. Pregnant patients.
