研究目的：

本研究期望通过对穴位埋线结合行为控制的临床疗效观察，评价穴位埋线对肥胖型哮喘治疗的有效性及其预防免疫机制。探讨穴位埋线治疗肥胖型哮喘的科学性，为后续学者对肥胖型哮喘的临床研究提供一定的临床参考，也为该技术的基层应用推广提供科学依据。 本研究方案希望通过运用穴位埋线结合生活方式控制（TLC）对肥胖型哮喘患者的临床疗效研究，为肥胖型哮喘患者提供有效安全的治疗手段，并通过穴位埋线实现针刺量化操作，为针刺治疗该病提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is expected to evaluate the efficacy of acupoint embedding in the treatment of obese asthma and its immune preventive mechanism by observing the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding combined with behavior control.To explore the scientific nature of acupoint embedding in the treatment of obese asthma, and to provide some clinical reference for subsequent scholars on the clinical research of obese asthma, and also to provide a scientific basis for the basic application and promotion of this technology. This study hopes to provide effective and safe treatment methods for obese asthma patients through the clinical efficacy study of acupoint embedding combined with lifestyle control (TLC), and realize the quantitative operation of acupuncture through acupoint embedding, so as to provide a reliable basis for acupuncture treatment of this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合支气管哮喘诊断和单纯性肥胖症诊断，经医生确诊;
②18-60岁患者;
③愿意接受3个月的治疗并愿意配合完成实验的各项指标检测、问卷调查等。

Inclusion criteria

① Consistent with the diagnosis of bronchial asthma and simple obesity, confirmed by the doctor;
②18-60 years old patients;
③ Willing to accept the treatment for 3 months and willing to cooperate with the completion of the test of various indicators, questionnaires, etc.

排除标准：

①继发性肥胖，如下丘脑病、垂体病、胰岛病、甲状腺功能减退症、肾上腺皮质功能亢进症、性腺功能减弱症等；
②患者有各类严重心、脑血管疾患；
③有出血倾向体质病史或临床表现，包括目前正在使用抗凝剂；
④最近1月内曾接受接受其他有关治疗，可能影响观察指标者；
⑤妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① secondary obesity, as follows thalamic disease, pituitary disease, pancreatic islet disease, hypothyroidism, adrenal cortical hyperactivity, gonadal dysfunction, etc.;
② Patients have various kinds of serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) Medical history or clinical manifestations of bleeding tendency, including current use of anticoagulants;
(4) Those who had received other related treatment within the last 1 month, which might affect the observation indexes;
⑤ Pregnant women.
