研究目的：

评价血必净注射液对脓毒症患者28天预后的影响，以及对器官功能的改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of Xuebijing Injection on the 28 day prognosis of sepsis patients and the improvement of organ function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合Sepsis3.0诊断标准[The Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3)]；
2.年龄≥18且≤75周岁；
3.SOFA评分：2分-13分；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sepsis-3 criteria from Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) /European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM);
2. Aged 18 to 75years;
3. SOFA 2 to 13;
4. obtain informed consent.

排除标准：

1.明确诊断Sepsis的时间超过48小时；
2.孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
3.体重指数<18.5，或>30；
4.影响生存的严重原发性疾病，包括：未控制已经多处转移不能切除的恶性肿瘤、血液病和HIV等；
5.肝或肾单项SOFA评分≥3分的肝肾功能障碍者；
6.近6个月内持续使用免疫抑制剂，或器官移植者；
7.入组前7天连续使用过激素，换算为甲强龙剂量≥20mg/天者；
8.30天内参加过其他临床试验者；
9.研究者判断不能完成或不宜参加本研究者（预计48小时内死亡，患者拒绝积极治疗）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. 48 hours after diagnosis of sepsis;
2. Pregnancy or lactating;
3. Body weight index <18.5 or >30;
4. Severe Primary disease such as uncontrolled and metastasis malignancy, hematopathy, HIV;
5. Severe, preexisting, parenchymal liver dysfunction or kidney dysfunction with SOFA≥3;
6. Previous immunodepressant within 6 months before study entry or Receipt of a solid-organ or bone marrow transplant;
7. Previous glucocorticosteroid within 7 days before study entry, more than Methylprednisolone (or convert to Methylprednisolone) ≥20mg/day;
8. Participation in an investigational clinical trial within 30 days;
9. Cannot finish the study (Expected survival < 48 hours or refuse treatment).
