研究目的：

通过床旁超声测量胃窦横截面积，寻求预测慢性乙型肝炎患者误吸风险的有效方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the cut-off value of cross-sectional area to predict the risk of aspiration for patients with chronic hepatitis B in the supine position by bedside ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18~65岁，ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级，体重指数（BMI）35kg/m2以下，患者均禁食禁饮8小时，检查前三天停用胃肠动力药。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-65 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III, BMI less than 35kg/m2, fasting time more than 8 hours and stop gastrointestinal motility drug for three days before examination.

排除标准：

妊娠或糖尿病、右上腹部手术史、近1月内发生过上消化道出血、胃食管反流疾病以及合并严重精神疾病不能配合麻醉操作患者排除本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery, labour, diabetes, a hemorrhage of digestive tract in nearly one month, gastroesophageal reflux disease and severe mental illness.
