研究目的：

1.情志刺激致病与个性倾向气质类型的差异相关性研究。 2.甲状腺结节患者不同个性特征和气质类型病情变化的差异相关性研究。 3.观察并评价“甲节减”外用新制剂治疗甲状腺结节两型患者的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Study on the difference correlation between emotional stimulation and pathogenic personality tendency and temperament type. 2.Study on the difference correlation of different personality characteristics and temperament types in patients with thyroid nodule. 3. Observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the new topical preparation "A Decrease" in the treatment of two types of thyroid nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，年龄18-65周岁；
2.甲状腺超声提示结节，TI-RADS标准分类为3类或4a/4b类；
3.甲状腺功能（TSH、FT3、FT4）及甲状腺抗体三项（TRAb、TPOAb、TGAb）正常；
4.根据病史、症状、体征及相关化验检查进行评估，排除恶性结节；
5.心理量表测评结果为内倾型抑郁质和外倾性胆汁质；
6.理解并配合本临床研究，并可独立签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.No gender limitation, 18-65 years old;
2.Thyroid nodules were indicated by ultrasound, and the standard classification of TI-RADS was Class 3 or Class 4A / 4B;
3.Normal thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4) and thyroid antibody (TRAB, TPOAb, TGAB);
4.Assess according to the history, symptoms, signs and relevant laboratory tests to exclude malignant nodules;
5.The results of psychological scale were introverted depressive temperament and extroverted choleric temperament;
6. Understand and cooperate with the clinical study, and can independently sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.正在服用治疗甲状腺疾病药物者；
2.精神障碍疾病者；
3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4.正参加其它临床试验者；
5.易过敏体质或有心脑肾等系统重大疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People taking medication for thyroid disease;
2. People with mental disorders;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Participating in other clinical trials;
5. People who are prone to allergies or have heart, brain, kidney and other major diseases.
