研究目的：

（1）运用文献研究法，对精神分裂症患者和照顾者的康复、照护需求及干预现状进行总结，结合实地调研及专家讨论，构建精神分裂症康复联盟模式； （2）基于精神分裂症康复联盟，开展实证研究及效果评价。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) using the method of literature research to summarize the rehabilitation, care needs and intervention status of schizophrenic patients and caregivers, combined with on-the-spot investigation and expert discussion, to construct the model of schizophrenia rehabilitation alliance; (2) to carry out empirical research and effect evaluation based on schizophrenia rehabilitation alliance.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者的纳入标准：
（1）符合国际疾病分类第十版（ICD-10）中严重精神障碍分类的诊断标准,被诊断为精神分裂症的患者；
（2）患者的病情为处于居家康复的稳定期；
（3）不合并严重躯体疾病；
照顾者的纳入标准：
（1）年龄≥18岁，无沟通障碍；
（2）初中以上文化程度；
（3）无精神障碍病史或严重躯体疾病；
（4）具备电话和基本的互联网技能；
（5）与患者共同生活3个月以上，是患者的主要照顾者；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of patients: (1) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of severe mental disorders in the tenth edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and are diagnosed as schizophrenia; (2) patients whose condition is in a stable stage of home rehabilitation; (3) not complicated with severe somatic diseases;
inclusion criteria of caregivers: (1) age ≥ 18 years old, no communication disorder; (2) education level above junior high school. (3) have no history of mental disorder or severe physical illness; (4) have telephone and basic Internet skills; (5) live with the patient for more than 3 months and be the main caregiver of the patient.

排除标准：

（1）患者的病情处于急性发作期，或患有其他精神疾病；
（2）照顾者患有重大的身体或心理疾病；
（3）照顾者非患者家属（包括支付报酬的照顾者）；
（4）照顾者拒绝参加本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the patient's condition is acute or suffering from other mental illness; (2) the caregiver suffers from major physical or mental illness; (3) the caregiver's non-patient family members (including paid caregivers); (4) the caregiver refuses to participate in this study.
