Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of early fluid resuscitation based on sodium bicarbonate Ringer's solution on renal function and tissue perfusion in patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁；
2.符合2018年《严重脓毒症和脓毒症休克诊疗指南》中脓毒症诊断标准；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old;
2.Meet the sepsis diagnostic criteria in the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock;
3.Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.其他原因休克；
2.高镁血症；
3.甲状腺功能低下；
4.合并慢性脏器功能衰竭；
5.姑息治疗的患者；
6.孕妇或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other causes of shock;
2.Hypermagnesemia;
3.Hypothyroidism;
4.Complicated with chronic organ failure;
5.Patients in palliative care;
6.Pregnant or lactation.
