Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of Haoshili middle aged eye patch in dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿参加本项临床研究，并签署知情同意书。2.性别不限，年龄40～80周岁。3.明确干眼：参照2013年我国干眼临床诊疗专家共识：有干燥感、异物感、烧灼感、疲劳感、不适感、视力波动等主观症状之一和BUT≤5 s或酚红棉线<10mm/20 s；或有干燥感、异物感、烧灼感、疲劳感、不适感、视力波动等主观症状之一和5 S

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntary participation in this clinical study, and signed informed consent;
2. Male and female aged 40 ~ 80 years;
3. Clinical signs andsymptoms of dry eye,clinical examination in accordance with the 'dry eye expert consensus' diagnostic criteria (as follows):
(1) There is dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, visual fluctuation of subjective symptoms andBUT of less than 5 seconds or Schirmer I test (without surface anesthesia) less than 5mm/5min;
(2) There is dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, fatigue, discomfort, visual fluctuation of subjective symptoms andBUT between 5 to 10s or 5 < Schirmer I test (without surface anesthesia) <=10mm/5min. At the same time with conjunctival andcorneal fluorescein staining;
4. Clinical signs andsymptoms of dry eye, clinical examination in accordance with the 'Meibomian gland dysfunction expert consensus' diagnostic criteria (as follows):
(1) Abnormal openings of meibomian glands;
(2) Abnormal blepharose secretion;
(3) Dry eye symptoms);
(4) Absence of meibomian gland;
(5) Abnormal lipid thickness.5. the choice of study eyes: If patients were treated with both eyes, the eye of the patient with high symptom score was studied.

排除标准：

1.角膜缘干细胞异常或其他原因引起的眼表疾病，如化学伤、热烧伤； 2.临床上拟诊为真菌、细菌、或病毒性角、结膜炎活动期患者； 3.合并其他结膜、角膜和虹膜明显病变者； 4.近6个月内有内眼手术或眼部外伤者； 5.绝经妇女激素替代治疗； 6.系统性疾病以及影响疗效评价的其他眼部疾病； 7.重度干眼或荧光素染色点状着色融合、丝状物季溃疡； 8.近期使用眼部局部药物治疗的患者； 9.根据医生判断认为不适合参与该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. limbal stem cell abnormalities or other causes of ocular surface diseases, such as chemical injuries, thermal burns;
2. Fungal,bacterial or viral keratoconjunctivitis;
3. Combine with other conjunctival, corneal and iris lesions;
4. Have eye surgery or eye injury within 6 months;
5. hormone replacement therapy;
6. Systemic diseases and other eye diseases that affect the evaluation of efficacy;
7. Severe dry eye or filamentary keratitis;
8. The recent use of eye drop treatment;
9. According to the judgment of the doctors that it is not suitable in the study.
