在冠脉搭桥手术麻醉诱导期间应用FloTrac/Vigileo TM System比较starch HES 130/0.4与醋酸林格氏液扩容对血流动力学影响的研究  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the Volume expansion with Starch HES 130/0.4 vs. Acetated Ringer’s Solution on haemodynamics during induction in CABG Surgery monitored by FloTrac/Vigileo TM System.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

万汶 羟乙基淀粉130/0.4 勃脉力 醋酸林格氏液 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

voluven hydroxyl starch HES 130/0.4 acetated ringer's solution acetated ringer's solution 

纳入标准：

冠心病心脏搭桥手术

Inclusion criteria

Selective coronary arterial bypass graft surgery.

排除标准：

1. 心脏射血分数<40%;
2. 心脏瓣膜疾病;
3. 再次手术;
4. 对 HES过敏病史;
5. 严重肝肾功能异常;
6. 困难气道.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Reduced left ventricular function (ejection fraction <40%);
2. Valvular heart disease,
3. Reoperation;
4. History of allergic reactions to HES;
5. The presence of significant liver (serum alanine aminotransferase and serum aspartate aminotransferase >2.5 times normal) or renal (serum creatinine > 1.3 mg/dL) dysfunction. 6. Patients judged under standard anaesthesia criteria to have a difficult airway.
