研究目的：

以床旁快速超声完成急诊危重手术患者的术前麻醉评估，能指导麻醉医师进行循环功能和呼吸功能管理，例如指导扩容、加强心肌收缩力、使用升压药等治疗措施，甚至帮助外科医师在处理流程或医疗计划的改变，做到精准麻醉，提升手术麻醉安全。  

Objectives of Study：

It will guide in the management of circulatory and respiratory functions when the anesthesiologists apply ultrasonography preoperative evaluation on emergency critically surgical patients,for example, guiding the expansion of capacity, strengthening myocardial contractility, or using pressor agent, even to help the surgeons to change the treatment scheme or medical plan, which can achieve precision anesthesia and improve the safety of perioperative patient.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

下述7条标准满足1条及以上者入选：
1)自主呼吸，吸入空气时，脉搏氧饱和度（SpO2）≤92%者；
2)行人工通气者；
3)自主呼吸,呼吸频率≥20次/分者；
4)收缩压（SBP）≤100mmHg者；
5)心率（HR）≥100次/min者；
6)入手术室后心电图显示有影响血液动力学的心律失常者；
7)需要正性肌力药和/或缩血管药维持循环者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Spontaneous breath, SpO2<=92% when inspiring air;
2. Need artificial ventilation;
3. Spontaneous breath, respiratory rate>=20/min;
4. Systolic Blood Pressure<=100mmHg;
5. Heart Rate>=100/min;
6. Arrhythmia (cause abnormal hemodynamic);
7. Mantained by vasoactive agent.

排除标准：

下述5条标准满足1条及以上者排除：
1)年龄＜14周岁者；
2)无法进行超声评估者，如体表的超声扫查部位有绷带包扎或有痂壳覆盖或有创面等；
3)入选本研究前3月参与了其他临床试验；
4)研究者认为不宜纳入本试验者；
5)任何原因不能配合本研究；
6)心脏手术患者；
7)器官移植患者；
8)产科手术患者；
9)入室即刻开始抢救（如CPR等），病情不允许行超声扫查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged＜14 years;
2. Unable to be performed ultrasonography exam (the skin of exam position is coverd by wound, bandage, crust);
3. Joined in other research within 3 months before the inclusion of the study;
4. Inadequated by researcher;
5. Patients can not cooperate with the study for any reasons;
6. Cardiac surgery patient;
7. Organ transplantation patient;
8. Obstetric surgery patient;
9. Emergency treatment will begin immediately after entering the room(CPR,etc),unable to be performed ultrasonography exam.
