研究目的：

通过对比观察石氏腰突症松解手法及臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效的研究，验证石氏腰突症松解手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性，明确治疗优势，形成规范的诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Shi's manipulation lysis with the treatment of lumbar ozone ablation, the efficacy and safety of the treatment of Shi's manipulation lysis in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are verified, the treatment advantages are defined, and the standard diagnosis and treatment scheme is formed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄20～ 65岁，男女不限;
（2）符合《腰椎间盘突出症(第4版)》诊断标准;
（3）了解麻醉及麻醉后石氏手法松解过程中可能出现的意外及风险，自愿加入本试验，并签署“知情同意书”者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 20-65 years; 2. In line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation (the 4th edition);3.To be able to understand the possible accidents and risks in the process of anesthesia and post-anesthesia Shi's manipulation release, and who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the "informed consent".

排除标准：

（1）体表皮肤破损、溃烂或皮肤病患者，甲亢、G6－PD缺乏症、出血倾向的血液病患者;
（2）影像学所见有髓核组织脱垂入或游离于椎管内、合并椎管狭窄、侧隐窝狭窄者、椎间盘突出伴钙化、严重脊柱创伤史；
（3）脊柱肿瘤、脊柱结核等患者；
（4）合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系统等严重疾病或精神病患者；
（5）妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
（6）合并严重的心肝肾功能损害者；
（7）有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者；
（8）不愿加入本试验者；
（9）目前正在参加其他临床试验者；
（10）研究者认为不宜参加研究的其它情况；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with skin damage, ulceration or skin diseases, patients with hyperthyroidism, G6-PD deficiency and blood diseases with bleeding tendency;
(2) Imaging findings showed that the nucleus pulposus tissue prolapse into or free in the spinal canal, combined with spinal stenosis, lateral crypt stenosis, disc herniation with calcification, severe spinal trauma history;
(3) Patients with spinal tumor and spinal tuberculosis;
(4) Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness;
(5) Pregnant and lactating women;
(6) patients with severe impairment of heart, liver and kidney function;
(7) Other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, acute and chronic infections;
(8) Those who are unwilling to join the experiment;
(9) currently participating in other clinical trials;
(10) Other circumstances considered inappropriate by the researcher to participate in the study;
