研究目的：

心脑血管疾病是严重威胁人类健康的慢性疾病，具有高患病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点，高居我国死亡率首位，占居民疾病死亡构成的40%以上，严重危害人类健康，已成为我国重大公共卫生问题。新疆地区由于生产生活习惯、社会经济文化、地理气候等特点，心脑血管疾病的流行特征和影响因素有其特殊性。本项目基于新疆地区（城市和农村）自然人群队列，采用前瞻性研究设计，通过基线调查包括体格检查、问卷调查和生物样本采集，以及对研究对象进行长期、连续、动态的跟踪随访，全面收集全死因死亡事件、常见心血管病的新发和住院事件以及迁移、失访等资料。深入分析并确证环境因素（空气暴露、饮食、心理、睡眠等）和遗传因素（新的致病和易感基因）交互作用对心血管病的发病和转归的影响，研究结果将揭示新疆地区常见心血管病的流行特征，为确定心脑血管病的防治策略提供本土化的、高质量的病因学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human health of chronic diseases, has the characteristics of high prevalence of high morbidity and high mortality rate. Accounts for more than 40% of residents disease death constitute, serious damage to human health, has become a major public health problem in China. The prevalence and risk factor is different from the national level due to the production and living habits social economy and culture in Xinjiang. Based on the natural population cohort of Xinjiang (urban and rural), this project adopts a prospective study design, and carries out a baseline survey including physical examination questionnaire and biological sample collection, as well as a long-term continuous study of the research objects Dynamic follow-up, comprehensive collection of all cause of death events, common cardiovascular disease, new events and hospitalization events, migration and loss of follow-up, in-depth analysis and confirmation of environmental factors (air exposure, dietary psychology The results of this study will reveal the epidemic characteristics of common cardiovascular diseases, and provide localized and high-quality etiological evidence for determining the prevention and treatment strategies of cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄30岁-74岁，当地籍贯常住居民（5年以上）；
（2）无严重肢体残疾，能正常交流；
（3）自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 30-74, local permanent resident (more than 5 years)
(2) No serious physical disability, can communicate normally
(3) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent

排除标准：

恶性肿瘤，预期寿命小于5年

Malignant tumors with a life expectancy of less than 5 years
