研究目的：

应用奥马珠单抗的过敏性支气管哮喘患者细胞因子变化是否与肺功能改善、症状改善等是否有相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether the changes of cytokines in allergic bronchial asthma patients treated with omalizumab are related to the improvement of lung function and symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据指南诊断为哮喘患者；
（2）经医生诊断存在过敏性支气管哮喘的患者；
（3）过敏性支气管哮喘吸入ICS和长效β2-肾上腺受体激动剂等药物治疗，仍不能有效控制症状的中重度患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with asthma according to the guidelines;
(2) Patients with allergic bronchial asthma diagnosed by a doctor;
(3) Moderate and severe patients with allergic bronchial asthma who are still unable to effectively control their symptoms after inhaled ICS and long-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonists.

排除标准：

（1）支气管哮喘的急性发作期；
（2）无明确证据证明为过敏性支气管哮喘；
（3）过敏性支气管哮喘吸入ICS和长效β2-肾上腺受体激动剂等药物治疗能有效控制症状的轻中度患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma;
(2) There is no clear evidence to prove allergic bronchial asthma;
(3) Mild to moderate patients with allergic bronchial asthma whose symptoms can be effectively controlled by inhaled ICS and long-acting β2-adrenoceptor agonists.
