研究目的：

1.明确纳入人群OP 的患病率及其中医体质分布特征，制定辩体论治骨质疏松症的方法，探索融入中医药内容的社区健康管理模式及开展高危人群中医药健康干预;2.采用iTRAQ 技术对骨质疏松人群血清的蛋白质组学进行筛选，确定骨质疏松患者中不同年龄、性别、程度及其不同体质之间的差异蛋白，发现导致骨质疏松发生、发展的分子标识，为早期诊断探索新的方法，为早期预防及干预治疗寻找新的靶向治疗的药物。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explicitly include the prevalence of OP in the population and the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution, formulate a method for treating osteoporosis, explore community health management mode integrating Chinese medicine content and carry out TCM health intervention for high-risk groups; 2. Using iTRAQ technology to screen the proteomics of osteoporosis sera, determine the differential proteins between different ages, genders, degrees and their different constitutions in osteoporosis patients, and find molecular markers that lead to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. Explore new approaches for early diagnosis and find new targeted therapies for early prevention and intervention.

纳入标准：

1.女性年龄≥45 岁，男性≥50 岁；2.临床诊断为绝经后骨质疏松症和原发性骨质疏松症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female aged ≥ 45 years old, male ≥ 50 years old;
2. Clinical diagnosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis and primary osteoporosis.

排除标准：

1.诊断为继发性骨质疏松症者；2.有重症心脑血管疾病及神经精神系统疾病者；3.四肢及脊柱有内固定或心脏安装有起搏器者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of secondary osteoporosis;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases;
3. Internal fixation of the extremities and spine or pacemakers installed in the heart.
