研究目的：

主要目的： 1.明确DPE联合PIEB技术的安全性和有效性； 2.明确DPE联合PIEB技术是否能改善分娩镇痛质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To clarify the safety and effectiveness of DPE combined with PIEB technology; 2. To clarify whether DPE combined with PIEB technology can improve the quality of labor analgesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.足月单胎妊娠，拟行自然分娩初产妇（孕周＞37周）；
2.年龄18-45岁；
3.ASA分级I-II级；
4.18≤BMI≤26kg/㎡；
5.宫口扩张＜5cm；
6.产妇要求椎管内分娩镇痛。

Inclusion criteria

1. Full-term singleton pregnancy, primiparous with natural childbirth (gestational week> 37 weeks);
2. Aged 18 to 45 years;
3. ASA classification I-II level;
4. 18<=BMI<=26kg/㎡;
5. Dilation of the palace mouth < 5cm;
6. The parturient requires analgesia during delivery in the spinal canal.

排除标准：

1、产妇拒绝参加研究；
2、有椎管内麻醉禁忌症（沟通障碍、中枢神经病变、脊柱畸形、凝血功能障碍、麻醉穿刺点附近感染等）；
3、高危妊娠（胎盘早剥、前置胎盘、子痫前期等）；
4、对罗哌卡因或舒芬太尼过敏者；
5、孕期检查有胎儿异常发现；
6、分娩镇痛前4 h接受或镇痛或镇静治疗；
7、意外硬脊膜穿破。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The mother refused to participate in the study;
2. There are contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia (communication disorder, central neuropathy, spinal deformity, coagulation dysfunction, infection near the anesthesia puncture point, etc.);
3. High-risk pregnancy (placental abruption, placenta previa, preeclampsia, etc.);
4. Those who are allergic to ropivacaine or sufentanil;
5. There are abnormal findings of fetal examination during pregnancy;
6. Receiving or analgesic or sedative treatment 4 hours before labor analgesia;
7. Accidental puncture of the spinal dura mater.
