研究目的：

主要目的： 1.多模态影像学评估术前心脏瓣膜疾病形态几何学变化； 2.前瞻性随访手术干预结果； 3.根据现有危险分层方法确定哪些患者应该接受手术矫正。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. Multimodal imaging was used to evaluate the morphological and geometric changes of heart valve disease before operation; 2. The results of surgical intervention were followed up prospectively; 3. According to the existing risk stratification method, which patients should receive surgical correction were determined.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.原发性和继发行心脏瓣膜疾病；
2.心脏瓣膜修复/置换/介入手术患者；
3.年龄>18岁；
4.NYHA心功能分级II-IV级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary and secondary heart valve diseases;
2. Patients with heart valve repair, replacement, interventional surgery;
3. Aged > 18 years;
4. NYHA class II-IV.

排除标准：

1.1月前发生心肌梗死的患者；
2.心肌病患者；
3.预期寿命<12个月；
4.3个月内有急性消化性溃疡或上消化道出血史；
5.血液系统疾病；
6.医从性差患者；
7.图像成像质量差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with myocardial infarction 1 month ago;
2. Patients with cardiomyopathy;
3. Life expectancy < 12 months;
4. A history of acute peptic ulcer or upper gastrointestinal bleeding within 3 months;
5. Hematological diseases;
6. Patients with poor compliance;
7. The image quality is poor.
