研究目的：

膀胱过动症(OAB)的中枢控制途径复杂。为了发现膀胱过动症患者大脑区域的异常变化，使用了静息态功能磁共振成像(Rs-fMRI)。  

Objectives of Study：

The central control pathways of overactive bladder (OAB) are complicated. In order to find abnormal changes in the brain regions of patients with overactive bladder, resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (Rs-fMRI) is used.

纳入标准：

纳入标准:(1)诊断为OAB，(2)年龄大于18岁，(3)初中及以上学历，(4)选择右利手

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)diagnosed as OAB,(2)age over 18 years old,(3)junior high school education or above,(4)choose the right-handedness.

排除标准：

排除标准:(1)伴有神经系统疾病(脊髓损伤、帕金森病、脑梗死、脑出血等);(2)有反复尿路感染史;(3)有盆腔手术史;

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:(1)complicated neurological diseases(spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.), (2) history of recurrent urinary tract infections, (3) history of pelvic surgery, (4) history of long-term antipsychotic medication,(5) intolerance of magnetic resonance imaging.
