研究目的：

通过冷敷治疗使皮肤温度降至最适温度：选择降温效果好的冰袋，确定最佳的冷敷有效面积，选择适当的创面包扎物、冰袋隔层。  

Objectives of Study：

Reduce the skin temperature to the optimal temperature through cold compress therapy: choose an ice pack with a good cooling effect, determine the best effective area of the cold compress, and select the appropriate wound dressing and ice pack compartment.

纳入标准：

1.健康参与者；
2.年龄18～30岁；
3.同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy participants;
2. Aged 18 to 30 years;
3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

开始进行干预前的3个月内患有肌肉骨骼疾病、下肢手术或存在开放性伤口、对冷不耐受或过敏、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、泌尿和代谢疾病、雷诺氏综合征、糖尿病的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

With musculoskeletal disease, lower extremity surgery or presence of open wounds, cold intolerance or allergy, neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, urinary and metabolic disease, Raynaud's syndrome, diabetes mellitus within 3 months prior to initiation of intervention
