本研究的目的是探索卵巢癌肿瘤干细胞对木犀草素敏感性与初始KDM4C/PPP2CA/YAP通路激活水平的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between the sensitivity of ovarian cancer stem cells to luteolin and the activation level of the initial KDM4C/PPP2CA/YAP pathway

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）初治III-IV期卵巢癌病人；2）组织学证实为高级别浆液性卵巢癌伴腹水；3）术前评估需进行（且患者计划进行）腹腔穿刺抽腹水或肿瘤组织切除术；4）已签署临床研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV ovarian cancer;2) Histologically confirmed high-grade serous ovarian cancer with ascites;3) After preoperative evaluation, the patient needs to undergo (and the patient plans to undergo) paracentesis to extract ascites or tumor tissue resection;4) The patients have signed the informed consent for clinical research.

排除标准：

不符合入选标准的其它肿瘤病人。

Exclusion criteria：

Other tumor patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria.
