研究目的：

探究高度近视并发白内障患者临床特征与系统性“微炎症” 的相关性， 明确外周血炎症细胞参数可否作为高度近视白内障眼相关表现预测的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between clinical features and systemic microinflammation in high myopia patients with cataract, and to determine whether peripheral blood inflammatory cell parameters can be used as a biomarker for predicting the ocular manifestations of cataract in high myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断 AL＞=26mm 的高度近视并发白内障患者；2.对照组为明确诊断年龄相关白内障患者，且与实验组患者年龄、性别1:1 匹配；3.收入院拟行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术，病历资料完整;4.年龄： 18-80 岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with high myopia complicated by cataract with a clear diagnosis of AL>=26mm; 2. Patients in the control group with a clear diagnosis of age-related cataract and matched 1:1 with the experimental group in terms of age and sex; 3. Patients admitted for cataract ultrasound-emulsification combined with IOL implantation with complete medical records; 4.Age:18-80.

排除标准：

1.能够影响血液 NLR、 PLR 和 MLR 的系统性炎症疾病（冠状动脉疾病、 糖尿病、 高血压、 存在急性或慢性感染、免疫系统疾病、 贫血、 甲状腺病变、 肝脏疾病、 肾衰竭、 恶性肿瘤、 怀孕）；2. 眼部疾病（如高度近视合并眼外伤、 角膜
异位症、 青光眼、 葡萄膜炎、 视网膜脱离、 角膜白斑等）； 3.有眼部手术史（角膜屈光手术、 抗青光眼手术、 视网膜脱离手术等）;4.系统性药物使用史： 糖皮质类固醇、 非甾体抗炎药或免疫抑制剂者、 围手术期使用抗菌素;5.长期吸烟或饮酒患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Systemic inflammatory conditions that can affect the blood NLR, PLR and MLR Diseases (coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, presence of acute or chronic infections, immune system diseases, anemia, thyroid disorders, liver disease, renal failure, malignant diseases)immune system disorders, anemia, thyroid disorders, liver disease, renal failure, malignant;2.eye diseases (e.g. high myopia combined with eye trauma, corneal ectasia, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal detachment, corneal leukoplakia, etc.);3.history of eye surgery (keratoconus, antiglaucoma surgery, retinal detachment surgery, etc.);4. History of systemic drug use: glucocorticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or immunosuppressive drugs, perioperative surgery, etc.4. History of systemic drug use: glucocorticosteroids, NSAIDs or immunosuppressive drugs, perioperative antimicrobial use (5) Long-term smoking or alcohol consumption patients.

本试验为回顾性病例对照研究。收集在特定时间内就诊于我院眼科、诊断为高度近视并发白内障、行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入手术患者的病历资料；以年龄和性别1:1匹配，收集同期住院、诊断为年龄相关性白内障、并行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入手术患者作为对照；按照纳入和排除标准筛选患者。
