To understand the changes of trace elements in progression of sepsis and the role of trace elements in sepsis

纳入标准:

本研究把非感染患者(NON-INFECTION),系统炎症反应综合征(SIRS),脓毒血症(sepsis),脓毒性休克(Septic Shock )
① Age :18-65 years old
② T<37.5℃
③ White blood cell counts: >4x109/L or <10x109/L
④ Without infection lesions
SIRS patients
① Age :18-65years old
② Temperature≤36℃or ≥38℃
③ Respiratory rate ≥20 breaths/min or PaCO2<32 mm Hg
④ White blood cell count <4x109/Lor >12x109/L
Sepsis patients
Sepsis was defined as the life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection according to the Sepsis-3 criteria [REF ]: increasing in Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score by ≥?2 at day 1 and suspicion of infection.

Septic Shock
Septic shock refers to circulatory failure and abnormal cell metabolism caused by infection [ ],
① Age :18-65years old

Inclusion criteria

Non-infection patients
① Age :18-65 years old
② T<37.5℃
③ White blood cell counts: >4x109/L or <10x109/L
④ Without infection lesions

排除标准:

1、有免疫缺陷;
2、死亡或者放弃治疗的患者;
3、有严重营养不良的患者
