Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Lando artificial dermis + negative pressure sealing and drainage technology + autologous blade-thickness skin in the healing of bone and tendon exposure wounds.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署了知情同意书同意参加本研究；
2.骨或肌腱暴露创面；
3.小于18岁的中国男性或女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed the informed consent to participate in this study;
2. Bone or tendon exposure wound;
3. Chinese patients under the age of 18, no gender limit.

排除标准：

合并化脓性骨髓炎，脓毒血症，重度营养不良，贫血未纠正等全身因素影响创面愈合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with purulent osteomyelitis, sepsis, severe malnutrition, uncorrected anemia and other systemic factors that affect wound healing.
