研究目的:

1、探讨Lando人工真皮+负压封闭引流技术+自体刃厚皮在骨及肌腱暴露创面愈合中的作用; 2、为儿童儿童重度组织缺损修复提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Objective to investigate the effect of Lando artificial dermis + vacuum sealing drainage + autologous blade thickness skin in the healing of bone and tendon exposed wounds; 2. To provide a new idea for the repair of severe tissue defects in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.签署了知情同意书同意参加本研究;2.骨或肌腱暴露创面;3.小于18岁的中国男性或女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signed the informed consent and agreed to participate in this study; 2. Exposed wound of bone or tendon; 3. Chinese male or female under 18 years old.

排除标准:

合并化脓性骨髓炎,脓毒血症,重度营养不良,贫血未纠正等全身因素影响创面愈合的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with systemic factors such as suppurative osteomyelitis, sepsis, severe malnutrition and uncorrected anemia affect wound healing.
