Objectives of Study：

Constructing neural network to identify paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by reading sinus electrocardiogram

纳入标准：

1) 年龄：18-75 岁

2) 病案首页诊断标签为“阵发性房颤”的样本纳入房颤阳性组

3) 病案首页诊断标签无“房颤”的样本纳入房颤阴性组

4) 房颤阴性组样本在采集单导联心电信号时如记录到房颤心律则转入房颤阳性组

5) 患者签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18-75 years old

2) The samples labeled "Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation" on the first page of medical records were included in the atrial fibrillation positive group.

3) Samples without "atrial fibrillation" in the diagnostic label on the front page of medical record are included in the negative group of atrial fibrillation.

4) If the atrial fibrillation rhythm is recorded during the acquisition of single-lead ECG signals, the samples in the atrial fibrillation negative group will be transferred to the atrial fibrillation positive group.

5) The patient signs the informed consent form.

弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇等

Vulnerable groups, including the mentally ill, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
