研究目的：

评估Balint组和MBSR联合形成的的活动训练表在大流行期间维持护士心理健康的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of a training table witch combined Balint group and MBSR on maintaining the mental health of nurses during the pandemic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 取得护士资格证书的护士；（2）与确诊、疑似或疑似新型冠状病毒（2019 NCOV/SARS COV-2）感染者直接接触；（3） 隔离病房、重症监护病房、新发热门诊急诊转换护士。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Nurses who have obtained the nurse qualification certificate; (2)Direct contact with confirmed, probable, or suspected novel coronavirus（2019-nCoV/SARS-CoV-2）infection patients ; (3)Nurses working in isolation ward, intensive medical ward and new fever clinic of emergency transformation.

排除标准：

（1） 为前线部门分发膳食、雾化药物和更换床单的辅助护士；（2） 有焦虑病史的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Auxiliary nurses who distributed meals, atomized drugs and changed bed sheets for front-line departments; (2)Nurses with a history of anxiety.
