研究目的：

本研究拟以行放射性131碘治疗的分化型甲癌患者为研究对象，收集放射性131碘治疗前与治疗后复查时患者的粪便样品，通过检测、分析粪便中的菌群，对比131碘治疗前后的菌群差异，评估131碘治疗是否会影响肠道菌群。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we plan to collect the fecal samples of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer before and after radioactive 131 iodine treatment. Through the detection and analysis of the microflora in the feces, the differences of microflora before and after 131 iodine treatment will be compared, to evaluate whether 131 iodine treatment will affect the intestinal flora.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理确诊为分化型甲状腺癌（甲状腺乳头状癌或滤泡状癌）；
（2）已行甲状腺全切手术；
（3）首次行131碘治疗；
（4）愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。
（5）自愿接受并遵守本实验方案，按时接受复查及随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathologically diagnosed differentiated thyroid carcinoma (thyroid papillary carcinoma or follicular carcinoma);
(2) Total thyroidectomy;
(3) 131I treatment for the first time;
(4) Patients are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
(5) Patients voluntarily accept and abide by this experimental scheme, and receive reexamination and follow-up on time.

排除标准：

（1）既往有其它肿瘤病史；
（2）既往接受过131碘治疗或其它放射性治疗；
（3）患有消化系统疾病或有长期胃肠道症状（如：消化道溃疡、炎性肠病、肝硬化、慢性腹泻、长期便秘等）；
（4）有胃肠道手术史；
（5）长期抗生素、PPI或非甾体类抗炎药使用史；
（6）入选研究前3月服用了其他试验药或者是参与了其他临床试验；
（7）因妊娠、身心疾病或其它任何原因不宜纳入研究或不能配合试验者；
（8）拒绝签署知情同意书或综合判断依从性较差的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of other tumors;
(2) History of treatment with 131 iodine or other radiation therapy;
(3) Digestive system diseases or long-term gastrointestinal symptoms (such as digestive tract ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, liver cirrhosis, chronic diarrhea, long-term constipation, etc.);
(4) History of gastrointestinal surgery;
(5) Long-term use of antibiotics, PPIs, or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
(6) Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before being enrolled in the study;
(7) Patients who should not be included in the study or could not cooperate with the study due to pregnancy, physical and mental illness or other reasons;
(8) Refusing to sign informed consent or cases with poor compliance.
