探索强直性脊柱炎患者中TNF-α抑制剂对肠道菌群以及代谢组学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of TNF-α inhibitors on fecal microbiome and metabolomics in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 实验组入选标准：
（1）年龄14-80岁；
（2）根据1984年修订纽约标准，符合强直性脊柱炎的诊断；
（3）既往未使用TNF-α抑制剂或传统改善病情抗风湿药治疗的患者；
（4）签署知情同意书；
2. 对照组入选标准：
（1）年龄14-80岁；
（2）留标本前1年及留标本后1年内不需要服用处方药；
（3）签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Selection criteria for the experimental group:
(1) Age 14-80 years old;
(2) According to the revised New York standard in 1984, it meets the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis;
(3) Patients who have not been treated with TNF-α inhibitors or traditional anti-rheumatic drugs to improve their condition;
(4) Sign the informed consent form;
2. Selection criteria for the control group:
(1) Age 14-80 years old;
(2) There is no need to take prescription drugs 1 year before and 1 year after specimen retention;
(3) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 实验组排除标准：
（1）有使用TNF-α抑制剂禁忌症的患者，比如：不能控制的乙肝、活动性结核，5年内有恶性肿瘤病史，有败血症、机会感染，有中重度心力衰竭；
（2）不同意使用TNF-α抑制剂治疗的患者；
（3）TNF-α抑制剂治疗不足1年的患者；
（4）绝对素食者及绝对肉食者；
（5）3个月内使用益生菌者；
（6）3个月内服用抗生素者；
（7）3个月内患急性胃肠炎等胃肠道疾病；
2. 对照组排除标准：
（1）5年内有恶性肿瘤病史；
（2）有中重度心力衰竭；
（3）绝对素食者及绝对肉食者；
（4）3个月内使用益生菌者；
（5）3个月内服用抗生素者；
（6）3个月内患急性胃肠炎等胃肠道疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Experimental group exclusion criteria:
(1) Patients with contraindications to the use of TNF-α inhibitors, such as: uncontrollable hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, history of malignant tumors within 5 years, sepsis, opportunistic infections, and moderate to severe heart failure;
(2) Patients who do not agree to use TNF-α inhibitor treatment;
(3) Patients who have been treated with TNF-α inhibitors for less than 1 year;
(4) Absolute vegetarians and absolute meat eaters;
(5) Those who have used probiotics within 3 months;
(6) Those taking antibiotics within 3 months;
(7) Suffered from gastrointestinal diseases such as acute gastroenteritis within 3 months;
2. Control group exclusion criteria:
(1) Have a history of malignant tumors within 5 years;
(2) Have moderate to severe heart failure;
(3) Absolute vegetarians and absolute meat-eaters;
(4) Those who have used probiotics within 3 months;
(5) Those taking antibiotics within 3 months;
