研究目的:

比较候选超声左房评估指标诊断隐匿性房颤的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值以及似然比,从而筛选可以检出隐匿性房颤的超声指标  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and likelihood ratio of candidate left atrial fibrillation, so as to screen the ultrasound indexes that can detect concealed AF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 双腔起搏器植入患者;
2. LVEF >= 55%;
3. 窦性心律;
4. 年龄 >= 18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with dual-chamber pacemaker implantation;
2. LVEF >= 55%;
3. Sinus rhythm;
4. Age >= 18 years old.

排除标准:

1. 已知房颤病史;
2. 中度及以上二尖瓣狭窄/反流;
3. 既往二尖瓣成形或置换术;
4. 无心房电极或心房电极感知不良;
5. 服用可达龙。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of atrial fibrillation;
2. Moderate or severe mitral stenosis/regurgitation;
3. Previous mitral valvuloplasty or replacement;
4. No atrial electrode or poor perception of an atrial electrode;
5. Taking ketamine.

Electrocardiogram from pacemaker program planning.

Index test:

Maximum left atrial volume, minimum left atrial volume, left atrial volume index, left atrial strain of conduction period, left atrial strain of contraction period, left atrial strain of reservoir period, left atrial ejection fraction.
