研究目的：

评价18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FAPI)正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)对肿瘤的诊断价值，并与18F-FDG PET/CT进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the potential usefulness of 18F-FAPI positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for the diagnosis of tumor, compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)成年参与者(18岁或以上)
(2)研究对象为新诊断的肿瘤患者；
(3)先后完成18F-FDG和18F-FAPI PET/CT扫描的参与者
(4)能够提供知情同意书的参与者(由参与者、家长或法定代表人签署)，并按照临床研究伦理委员会的指导方针同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) adult participants (aged 18 years or order);
(2) participants with newly diagnosed tumor;
(3) participants who had scheduled both 18F-FDG and 18F-FAPI PET/CT scans;
(4) participants who were able to provide informed consent (signed by participant, parent or legal representative) and assent according to the guidelines of the Clinical Research Ethics Committee.

排除标准：

(1)有非恶性病变的参与者；
(2)怀孕者；
(3)两次PET扫描之间已开始治疗；
(4)研究参与者、父母或者法定代表人不能或者不愿意提供书面知情同意的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) participants with non-malignant lesions;
(2) participants with pregnancy;
(3) treatment has already started between the 2 PET scans;
(4)the inability or unwillingness of the research participant, parent or legal representative to provide written informed consent.
