纳入标准：

行冠脉介入诊疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

patients undergoing coronary artery intervention

排除标准：

①急诊冠脉手术或者患者血流动力学不稳定；②身高≥190m；③远端桡动脉穿刺部位存在穿刺禁忌症；④患者不同意。

Exclusion criteria：

①Emergency coronary surgery or the patient’s hemodynamic instability; ②Height ≥190m; ③There are contraindications to puncture at the distal radial artery puncture site; ④The patient does not agree.
